Blues Man 3' x 2'
A fun little picture I did for my brother Paul and his wife Nancy.
They have always encouraged me in my art and I am thankful for that.

Mississippi John Hurt 4' x 3'
This man had a humble spirit, an unassuming disposition and a wonderful
voice and picking style. A street sweeper until he gained recognition as
a bluesman late in his life.

I Am A King 4' x 2'
King Max from one of my favorite childrens book's "Where the Wild Things Are". The father of the boy who played Max in the movie of this book liked my picture which made me glad.
Hellhound on My Trail-Robert Johnson 6' x 9'
"This is awesome Durk... Its really good." Kind words from Steven Johnson-Grandson of the great Robert Johnson and Vice-President of The Robert Johnson Blues Foundation.
